Hello to all the people who care about their skin and body. The things we always love if overconsumed can cause a great damage to our skin and health so we have listed below seven foods that are worst for ourselves to consume. Hope you'll learn something new today.

1.Refined Sugar
The most loved as it is the most dangerous it is for your body and overall health. Processed sugars as I know have something to do with insulin levels but who cares since you gonna eat it regardless it'll give you acne and if overconsumed can give you diabetes.
2. Alcohol
The worst addiction to the people out there it's the damn Alcohol. Also, as I probably remember it has something to do with that organ called lover...I beg your pardon...LIVER..!! It has some superpowers which can even make you die so it's kinda like the Voldemort of your life from whom if you want to get rid of try saying "Avada Kedavra" or " I don't drink" to your friends.
3. Fried Food
Often I have seen that whenever someone says "Fried", people tend to imagine only one thing "French Fries" or if you are not an American then it's probably the oiliest fried food of your country that you are likely to imagine. It is a great trend since it was even invented and I don't know why I have started to write an essay on it. So, it also has something to do with making your skin more oily hence causing acne and making you to panic and scream and come again to me. As you will se the image down there your mouth will probably start to water.
4. Caffeine
As my grandparents called it the second addiction after alcohol..it's likely does the same as alcohol as I guess... after all I'm not a doctor or dermatologist who just suggests these stupid things people already know. But if you consider getting over this addiction then darling I'm telling you your nights will be sleepless and your days will be restless. Well I'll continue it after drinking a cup of coffee ok ...
5. Soft drinks
If you are British then I think you'll call it Carbonated beverages...damn..that sounds so classy. Az per my knowledge, soft drinks contain carbon dioxide and that's what our body exhales during respiration and I don't know why the hell who invented Coca Cola ever added co2 in it. As doctors might advice, you should not consider letting these types of things enter into your body that are meant for removal.(Go to my another article to find ways to detox body).
6. Fatty Foods
Since the name suggests, it's like the same thing as fried food but with extra fat...right!!
Note: If you're a fat person I don't wanna offend or hurt you.
So fat foods' appearance is fatty. That's how you should identify it #doctor_says. If you really have a courage to eat much then either try chewing like a cow or wait till you become like Harry potter's step father.
7. Processed Food
Well, nothing was coming in my mind cause that article from where I've copied had only 6 items so, I just made this one my own. So I'll try to make it long like 50 words or so to make it like a paragraph so that Google's search engine would pick some words and I wish that this article would rise in the search column so good people like you would pick it. Omg look at this splendid pizza...I'm ordering extra large from Domino's.
