I know that just by reading it, you probably have started shivering..but I must tell you that everybody who is putting every possible effort in making their skin pores go smaller, bathing with cold or lukewarm water will help you in this. 3. Drink More Water

In so called busy life I know that you skip meals and prefer eating out and have no fruit or vegetable go inside you..so to complete the vitamin deficiency you'll gotta need vitamin supplements of various kinds. Also, please concern to your doctor, dermatologist or whatever before it.
5. Get Plenty of Sleep
After coming from work you should feel an urge to binge watch form dusk to dawn but baby I should tell you that you'll look like hell when see yourself in the morning in the mirror. To avoid looking like a zebra, try reading a book before going to sleep.
